The Davos Membership is generally non-refundable, with exceptions made in compliance with EU consumer protection laws. By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms.

Under EU law, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase, provided that no membership benefits have been used during this period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Contact us at davos@j3d.ai within the 14-day period, providing a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Ensure that no membership benefits (such as access to events, partner discounts, delegate chat group, housing options, or other services) have been activated during this time.

Refunds will not be issued if:

Any membership benefit, including participation in events, access to discounts, or usage of additional services, has been accessed.

The 14-day withdrawal period has passed without submission of a valid request.

If eligible for a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

In cases where services have been partially initiated, administrative fees or usage charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
